After Sunday there will be a $50.00 Late registration fee.

Attention Milford Eagle Families,
CrossFit in Milford is excited to offer a summer strength and conditioning opportunity for our athletes.
Their goal is simple: help kids build a stronger foundation before the season starts. This program will focus on proper movement mechanics, strength development, speed, conditioning, coordination, body control, and injury reduction, all in a safe, coached environment.
For young athletes, summer training is not just about getting tired. It is about learning how to move well, build confidence, develop better habits, and prepare their bodies for the demands of football.
As part of our partnership with Milford Eagles Football, they are offering families a 15% discount on membership for summer strength and conditioning.
This is a great opportunity for athletes to come into the season stronger, more conditioned, and more prepared.
Spots will be limited so they can keep coaching quality high and make sure each athlete gets the attention they need.
