A little rain couldn’t dampen our day!

By the time we finished lunch and were ready to explore the zoo, the weather was beautiful. We saw animals, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed a wonderful day outside together!

A special thank-you to our volunteers: Mandi, Julianna, Laura, Brooke, and Audrey, for helping make today happen. And an extra shout-out to Laura for driving the bus! 🚌 We are so grateful for the time and care you give to our crew.

Thank you to Stockman Bank for donating all of our zoo tickets, and to Marc Ingraham for letting us use the MCYL bus. Your generosity made this Root & Thrive adventure possible!

BIG NEWS FOR ROOT & THRIVE!

We are incredibly excited to announce that Root & Thrive has been awarded a $10,000 MATCHING GRANT!

That means we have until January 22nd to raise $10,000, and every dollar donated toward our goal will be MATCHED, giving us the opportunity to put $20,000 directly back into our community!

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’ve already raised $4,122 toward our $10,000 goal!

We still have $5,878 to go, and we need YOUR help to get there!

If you’ve ever felt inclined to financially support Root & Thrive and the work we’re doing for individuals with disabilities and those facing barriers to independence, NOW is the time!

Every dollar makes a difference. Every donation brings us closer to expanding opportunities, building connections, and creating a community where everyone has the chance to thrive.

And that’s a wrap on Bike Club for September 2026! 🚲

Five weeks of showing up, rain or shine. Five weeks of committing to moving our bodies. Five weeks of friendship, family, and cheering each other on!

Tonight, we handed out medals to celebrate our hard workers and all the effort they put in. They biked hard and loved harder, and I couldn’t be prouder of this crew!

Another amazing night of Bike Club! 🚲❤️

These guys are getting faster every single week! They work hard, cheer each other on, and truly are the BEST bike club companions.

We had a BIG group tonight, and I absolutely loved seeing everyone out riding together!

Just ONE more week of Bike Club before we move on to our next adventure. I can’t believe how fast September has flown by!

Can’t wait to see everyone for our final ride next week!

Another beautiful night for Bike Club! 🚲

BINGO NIGHT! ❤️

We had such a fun night! We broke out our new bingo supplies, had lots of fun prizes, plenty of laughs, and some pretty serious bingo competition.

One of my favorite things about these nights is just getting everyone together. Hanging out, seeing friends, laughing, and having a place to spend the evening together.

And while bingo was happening, our caregivers got some time to connect and chat.

Thanks to everyone who came and spent the evening with us! We love getting to do this.
