Join us on Saturday, 11/23, for an open share on Grief and Loss at 1503 North Jerry Gertsch Lane, Midway. There will be FREE food! You will meet others in the community dealing with loss---- such as a family member, friend, divorce, jobs, pets, and more. We are here as a support group for the community! This month's guest speakers will be Alan and Cami, owners of SaunaWild, speaking on the healing tools of hot and cold therapy.

It is with great thanks to the community that we have had different guest healers share their time and mini tools for grief and loss. 1.3 years strong as a community NP! Only 1 hour! You can do it:) We cry sometimes, laugh often, and a hug is always available if needed.

Happy Fall 2024. Our group will be meeting for a Halloween event this month. The date will come soon. Please let me know if there is a date in October that works best for you. Our next meeting will include an open share and a mini guest speaker. It is always free. Food is included. It will last only one hour. :) This month has been a spooky one. Do not be scared to tackle feelings of anxiety, grief, and loss—you are not alone. Stay well; please let me know if you need any resources from any of our advisors who have dedicated their free services for help in between meetings; there is no need to pull the covers over your head; if you need resources, please feel free to reach out before any of our meetings, and we will connect you with a trained wellness specialist for free advice on beating the scariesssssss.

Happy Summer to all:) We have not forgotten about our group. We will be resuming our group in August for our 1 Year Anniversary Gathering. Please keep a lookout on our page for the date! Stay strong. We are taking July off for the holiday....but we are still an active group and community. Should you need any resources before Aug: feel free to text EC at 925.989.1844. We have tons of previous speakers who have volunteered and are willing to connect with you all!

Free summer bbq! We welcome in the new season. Join us for our 11th Grief and Loss Support Group. This event is focused on just eating, meeting people who are going through it, and making solid relationships with locals in the area.
