One of the most freeing things I’ve learned as a woman is that not everyone has to like me.
For years, I worried about being too much.
Too loud.
Too ambitious.
Too opinionated.
Too confident.
Too visible.
I spent so much energy trying to fit into spaces that were never meant for me that I almost forgot who I was.
Then one day I realized…
The women I admire most aren’t the ones who made everyone comfortable.
They’re the ones who became unapologetically themselves.
The moment you stop making decisions based on whether other people will approve is the moment you start becoming the woman you were meant to be.
The chingona.
The one who speaks up.
The one who takes up space.
The one who starts the business.
The one who posts the content.
The one who takes the risk.
The one who stops shrinking herself so everyone else can feel comfortable.
Because here’s the truth:
You can spend your whole life trying to be liked and still disappoint people.
Or you can be yourself and at least make yourself proud.
Choose yourself.
Every single time.
The right people won’t be intimidated by your growth.
They’ll be inspired by it. 💅✨🤎
