Ladies, have you always wanted to try clay shooting but didn’t know where to start? This is your chance!

Join us for Shotgun Shells & Southern Belles: Clay Shooting 101 on Saturday, August 15 at Jake’s Clays.

No experience is needed! If you’ve never picked up a shotgun before, don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Professional instructors will be there to walk you through it step by step, and your gun rental, ammo, and coaching are all included.

Then we’ll wrap up the morning with brunch and networking with an amazing group of women.

So grab a friend, step outside your comfort zone, and come make some new memories with us. We’d love to have you!

This Wizard of Oz–inspired gala combines the elegance of the Emerald City with the energy of the Permian Basin for an unforgettable evening of casino games, networking, costumes, and community.

This is a costume party! Whether you come dressed as your favorite Oz character or create your own Permian-inspired look, we’d love to see your creativity. We’ll be awarding Best Dressed Female, Best Dressed Male, and Best Dressed Couple at the end of the night.

We’re excited to announce the return of Emeralds & Derricks: Casino Night—WEN Permian Basin’s annual signature event.
Each year, this signature event brings together of professionals from across the energy industry for an evening of networking, entertainment, and community while supporting the Women’s Energy Network Permian Basin’s mission to empower women through professional development, leadership opportunities, meaningful connections, and scholarships that help inspire and support the next generation of women in energy. #
Sponsorship opportunities are now available, and we’ll be showcasing each sponsorship level over the coming weeks.

We’re also seeking raffle and giveaway prize donations! If your company would like to donate an item, gift basket, gift card, experience, or other prize, we’d love to hear from you. These donations help make our event even more memorable for our attendees.

🇺🇸 As we wrap up celebrating America’s 250th birthday, we’re also celebrating an incredible first half of 2026 at WEN Permian Basin!

🧡 What an incredible day at our June Networking Luncheon!

We had a fantastic turnout and loved seeing so many women come together to support one another, build relationships, and grow their professional networks. The room was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and plenty of laughter. We truly believe everyone left with a new friend, a new connection, or both!
