As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we extend our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to every individual living with mental illness, as well as their families, caregivers, and loved ones.

Mental health challenges are more common than many realize. In Delaware, approximately 1 in 5 adults experience a mental illness each year, and nearly 19% of youth have experienced a major depressive episode.

Thousands of Delaware residents also struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions.

You are not alone.

Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. There is hope, healing, and support available.

A huge heartfelt thank you to Hope in Him for sharing our Blessing Bags with the residents of Purvis and Asheville who lost 200 homes due to tornadoes.

We consider ourselves truly blessed to be able to provide a glimmer of light, hope, and encouragement to those in need and in recovery. Every bag shared is a reminder that compassion, kindness, and community support can make a difference during difficult times.

Thank you again for all that you do for the community. Your dedication to serving others does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful to partner with organizations that lead with love, purpose, and generosity.
