Scouts BSA Troop 40 We are Scouts BSA Troop 40, chartered by St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Middleton, Wisconsin. New scouts are welcome at any time.

Troop 40 is a growing active BSA Troop for girls who love to be outdoors, serve others and maybe dream of being an Eagle Scout. We meet at and are sponsored by St Luke's Lutheran Church in Middleton, WI. We have more than 25 scouts in grades 6-12 and experienced adult leadership. We had a hiking campout earlier this month at Gov Dodge State Park. Our Philmont Crew hiked 10 miles on Saturday on their shakedown hike. The rest of the Troop, including new 5th grade scouts, completed a 5 mile hike, identified native plants, cooked, and had a fun campfire program.

Every January Troops 40 and 140 spend the weekend at the MacKenzie Center. Last weekend, more than 45 members of the Troops enjoyed tubing at Cascade, outdoor scout activities like orienteering and nature photography, plus great food and fellowship.
