This was our first case in Elkhart County, and it came with evidence from 3 different teams and multiple decoys. The evidence involved alleged solicitation, dissemination, grooming, and more.

Instead of getting results, we got ignored.

When we pushed for an answer, the investigator told us:

“I looked into the case and found that the Prosecutor’s Office declined to file charges on it. I cannot speak directly to their reasoning as it would be inappropriate for me to speak on their behalf. If you have any questions regarding the decision made by them, you would have to reach out to their office and see if they would provide an explanation.”

So we reached out to the Prosecutor’s Office immediately.

That was 12 days ago.

Still no answer.

The Sheriff’s Department points us toward the prosecutor, and the prosecutor says nothing. Meanwhile, a case backed by multiple teams and multiple decoys gets pushed aside with no explanation.

This was our first Elkhart County case, and apparently our first lesson in how the buck gets passed.

We are still waiting, and we are not going away.

🔥 CASE #5: MATTHEW WYATT 🔥

Matthew Wyatt, now 30, of Indianapolis, Indiana.

ORIGINAL CATCH DATE: 1/3/2023

According to the evidence gathered during this investigation, Wyatt communicated with 4 perceived minors between the ages of 11 and 14. The case materials also included allegations involving the possession and transmission of child sexual abuse material, including some of the most atrocious content our teams had encountered at that time.

Yet Marion County and Indianapolis authorities elected not to file charges.

The explanation centered on how the phone was handled before police arrived. Wyatt’s mother reportedly gave the device to our team off camera, and it remained outside the apartment until law enforcement arrived.

We believe that issue was used as an excuse to avoid confronting the evidence and pursuing the case.

But here is what they continue to underestimate:

EXPOSURE DOES NOT EXPIRE.

It may have been more than 3 years since the original catch, but we have not forgotten the evidence, the conversations, or the children Wyatt allegedly believed he was speaking with.

No charges does not mean no record.

No prosecution does not mean no accountability.

And silence from the system will never guarantee silence from us.

MATTHEW, WE ARE STILL WATCHING.

LEAVE OUR CHILDREN ALONE.

#2 BRANDON ATCHISON OF ELKHART COUNTY, INDIANA

CAUGHT: 12/4/2023

Brandon Atchison was originally exposed for inappropriate communication with a child. 7 months later, Elkhart County handed down exactly what we have come to expect when the victim is a child:

A PLEA AGREEMENT FOR A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR.

Indiana Code 35 42 4 13(c)

INAPPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION WITH A CHILD.

THE SENTENCE?

ONLY 12 MONTHS OF PROBATION.

No jail.

No meaningful punishment.

Just another soft landing courtesy of Elkhart County and Prosecutor Vicki Becker’s office.

Elkhart County is the 6th most populated county in Indiana. That means thousands upon thousands of children live under the protection of a justice system that repeatedly appears more interested in closing cases than delivering consequences.

Buckle up, y’all.

You are going to see a pattern.

Weak charges.

Soft plea agreements.

Minimal sentences.

Children deserve prosecutors who treat crimes against them like the life altering offenses they are, not paperwork to be cleared from a desk.

We are documenting every case.

Every plea.

Elkhart County cannot bury a pattern when we keep putting the receipts in front of the public.

🚨 **CONVICTION UPDATE: #1 HARWINDER SINGH** 🚨

He thought he was speaking graphically with a **13-year-old child**.

Instead, the evidence followed him straight into a Marshall County courtroom.

On **11/27/2023**, Harwinder Singh was convicted under a **4-year plea agreement** for:

**Indiana Code 35-42-4-6(b), Level 4 Felony**
**Child Solicitation: Solicitation to Engage in Sexual In*******se**

This was not innocent conversation.
This was not a misunderstanding.
This was a grown man engaging in graphic communications with someone he believed was only **13 years old**.

Now the price is being paid.

**4 years under the plea agreement.**
Then, following his sentence, **deportation back to India.**

From explicit messages to a felony conviction, the evidence spoke louder than every excuse ever could.
