Middleburg Heights Garden Club

🌱 Want to help grow something new in Middleburg Heights?

The Middleburg Heights Garden Club is working alongside the City on plans for our new Community Garden, and we're beginning to build a list of neighbors who may be interested in volunteering and getting involved as the garden takes shape.

Right now, we're looking for people who might be willing to lend a hand with things like garden preparation, maintenance, seasonal projects and other volunteer opportunities.

Interested in helping? Join our Community Garden volunteer list here: https://forms.gle/FryjoyKXKXoXQxdD6

🌿 Looking for a garden plot? Plot applications are not open yet! The city and garden club will share those details with the community when the time comes.

For now, this form is specifically for those interested in volunteering and helping us bring the garden to life.

We can't wait to grow with you, Middleburg Heights! 💚

🐝 Did you know that one healthy honey bee colony can visit millions of flowers in a single season?

Join us for our August Garden Club meeting as we welcome Neal Klabunde of Westwood Honey Farm for an evening dedicated to one of the hardest-working creatures in our gardens.

We’ll learn about:
🌼 The life cycle of a honey bee colony
🍯 How honey is produced
🌿 The importance of pollinators
🐝 Simple ways we can support bees in our own landscapes

Whether you’re a gardener, a nature enthusiast, or just bee-curious, we’d love to have you join us!

📅 Thursday, August 13
🕡 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Middleburg Heights Recreation Center Classroom

Guests are always welcome! Bring a friend and help us celebrate the tiny pollinators that make our gardens thrive. 💛
