Bambi Update!!!! 🌸

Bambi was found on the island of Dominica weak, shaking, and fighting for her tiny life sick with parasites 💔 Thanks to Jennifer, Susie, Laura, and Dave for finding her, she got the chance to heal.

Now, she gets a chance at a forever home!!🤗🤗🤗

Thank you to our Executive Director for taking her in, healing her and arranging her Flight Angel ride. Thank you to our FOSNAR volunteer Megan for finding her a rescue in FL to take her in when she landed in the US, and thank you to Alana our Flight Angel for getting her to the US!

It takes a village!!

Bambi was just adopted! And we couldn't be happier. We are thrilled she went from sick and alone to now getting to have her happily ever after 💗💗💗

Remember the 3 Mero Beach babies we posted about back in October? We worked with the island locals 🇩🇲🏝 who rescued them and notified us about them. We got them fixed 👍 and took them into our shelter, to be flown to the US via our Flight Angel program for a chance at a forever home!! 🥰

Well all 3 are now in Florida ❣️

And this little peanut was just adopted 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️ we know it's only a matter of time until the other 2 are as well! 🤞🙏🏻

Big thank you again to our ally and friend .hewitt_ who was a pleasure to work with to get these 3 babies from being strays on the island to now in the US to start a new life 💖 this is what it's all about!!! 💯💯

One of our wonderful, kind volunteers in our Friends of SNAR group, Marilyn, spent some time yesterday at the Medical School on the island 🏝 meeting students who are thinking of becoming Flight Angels for SNAR.

Marilyn is truly one of the most sweet and kind hearted woman you will ever meet. She has one of the most beautiful souls and she goes out of her way to help others, especially animals, all the time. Even when her work day is hectic & stressful, and she has so much going on in her personal life, she still goes above and beyond and would never say no to lending her support. 😇

We are so blessed to have Marilyn on our team 💗👑 and so proud to have her represent SNAR and FOSNAR! 💯
