LUP of Love is a Non-Profit Organization focused on raising awareness for the millions of people that

are impacted by Lupus. For example, it is believed that only older women are affected with Lupus; the truth is, Lupus can affect both men and women of all ages, races, and ethnicities. Our focus is to shed light on this disease with love while providing support to those fighting it daily. While our main focus is Lupus, we also provide a helping hand towards other causes. Lupus isn't just being tired; it's waking up exhausted, pushing through pain, brain fog, inflammation, and symptoms that others can't always see.

Some days, the strongest thing you can do is rest. I've learned that listening to my body isn't a weakness, it's survival.

To everyone living with lupus or another chronic illness: your rest is valid, your pain is real, and taking care of yourself is not something you need to apologize for. 💜
