The Sunshine D.I.M.E.s are teaming up with the City of Lauderhill this year and they are looking for biker volunteers to support an upcoming Autism Awareness Event.

📅 Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
⏰ Event Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🕙 Volunteer Arrival: 10:00 AM (at the park)
Upon arrival, we will select the areas where you would like to assist.

🏍 Meet-Up Location:
Shell Gas Station ⛽️
(Corner of Oakland Park Blvd & 441)

🕤 Meet Time: 9:30 AM
🏁 KSU (Kickstands Up): 9:45 AM

We didn’t just ride, we showed UP with purpose for Read With A Biker 💯🏍️📖

From the es**rt to the school to sitting down and pouring into these babies. THIS is what the biker community really looks like 💕

We talked about the importance of EDUCATION, read excerpts from the Bessie Stringfield book, and spoke on choosing your path, college or trade school ✊🏾📚

The kids got to take pics on the bikes, heard a few engines rev 🔥🏍️, and baby we even danced a little too 💃🏾😂

The smiles, the energy, the impact, yeah this bigger than bikes. This is LEGACY 💯

Again, thank you to Noethside Police Station for the es**rt, The Embrace Girls Foundation, Inc. and Principal Yolanda Ellis of Arcola Lakes Elementary for believing in the vision and helping us bring this to life 💕
