The Military Affairs Council (MAC) was honored to have some of our elite members out supporting the SOC South Family Day!

While the youth competition was fierce and we loved handing out medals to the young champions, the real victory of the day was the camaraderie. At its core, this event was all about building teams, strengthening families, and connecting our community.

Days like this are exactly what the MAC mission is all about: showing up, standing together, and supporting our military families.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who participated, volunteered, and made this day so impactful! 🎖️❤️

The Military Affairs Council (MAC) had the absolute honor of giving back to our local heroes at the City of Homestead’s Military Appreciation Day at Losner Park Homestead Florida ! From handing out food vouchers to sharing stories, the energy and gratitude in the air were unforgettable. Big THANKS to our local veterans organizations: John G. Salley American Legion POST 43 and Arrant-Smith Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4127 "The Friendly Post" 🙌✨

But wait—the excitement didn’t stop there! We raffled off a massive 65-inch TV, and the universe knew exactly what it was doing. The lucky winner was none other than from one of our absolute favorite local veteran organizations: VFW Post 4127! 📺🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support, to City of Homestead Government and most importantly, to our incredible service members and veterans at Homestead Air Reserve Base . You are the backbone of our community.

Take a look at some highlights from this amazing day! 👇

📢 Let’s keep the appreciation going! Drop a 🇺🇸 or a "Thank You" in the comments below to show some love to our local military!
