Food Distribution Notes

M-U Schools will be passing out weekly breakfast and lunch Tuesday 5/26 from 4pm to 7pm at the school. THIS WILL BE THE LAST WEEK FOR THIS PROGRAM.

Bulldog Bags will be distributed Thursday 5/28 from 4:00pm to 5:30pm at Sourmugs Tavern. NEXT THURSDAY WILL THE LAST WEEK FOR THIS PROGRAM.

The West Milton Village Hall will begin to open our doors starting Monday May 18 from 10:00 – 2:00. We encourage those who must visit to please try and make an appointment. We ask for the respect of our employees that everyone who enters please wear a mask. To respect you, our employees will be wearing masks.

The lobby will be limited to no more than two people at any one time. We remind folks that there are many other ways to make utility bill payments; the two drop boxes, electronically, by phone. And should you need a permit or a police record, please consider calling first. Everything can be accomplished without the necessity of coming into the hall. Our employees have loved ones at home to whom we are responsible, and we ask that you keep that in mind if you must enter village hall.



Again, thank you for your understanding and support. We are here to serve. But we will serve you with caution and as safely as possible.

UPDATE ON THE REOPENING OF THE MILTON-UNION PUBLIC LIBRARY: PHASE 1

The Milton-Union Public Library will soon begin the process of reopening. This will be done in phases based on the recommendations from the Governor of Ohio, the State Library of Ohio, the Ohio Library Council, and our Board of Trustees.

Phase 1 will begin Monday, May 4, 2020.
The library will resume regularly scheduled hours, but with the
following changes:
 All library employees will wear face coverings and gloves when handling materials.
 No patrons will be allowed inside the inside door of the library during Phase 1. All patrons must enter through the side door.
 Items will be located on the tables inside of the side entrance, checked out and ready to be picked up.
 Patrons can check out items from Milton-Union Public Library ONLY. There is NO DELIVERY of items from other libraries in our consortium at this time. (Please note that our library has no control over when this delivery will commence.)
