Data centers of this scale typically operate HVAC and cooling systems producing continuous noise between 55 and 85 decibels. The proposed site sits directly across the street from the Osawatomie State Hospital - a psychiatric facility serving some of Kansas's most vulnerable residents. Has Alcove conducted a noise study for this specific site configuration? If so, what are the projected decibel levels at the hospital property line, and what mitigation measures are planned?
