Meet the 2026 Board of Miami Beach United! 🏖️

Just your regular next-door neighbors — advocating for your best interests and making sure our community's voice is heard.

We were honored to have Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner, City Commissioners Tanya Bhatt and Laura Dominguez, county commissioner Vicki Lopez, and former Mayor Matti Herrera Bower join us for the occasion. Building strong relationships with our elected officials is critical to making our voices heard on the issues that matter most to our community.

We're proud to have such a committed membership ready to show up and do the work in 2026. Here's to another year of community advocacy! 💪

*Neighborhoods alert*

If you have personal experiences with our City’s permit process, if you are interested in how we can improve it, if you are tired of red tape and ridiculous fees which cost time and money, please attend this important meeting.

This is an important discussion for our entire City. We believe the City is looking for real life experience and potential solutions.

This process is broken unless you are a big time developer or have an expeditor. Why don’t we know what an expeditor or developer does and how do we clear the way for the many architects, designers, engineers, and every other every day person? Those are our questions.

Please come to City Hall or use the link in this shared post from MBC Government and have your voice heard.

The city will hold a Special City Commission Meeting to discuss the City's Permit Process on Thursday, February 19 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, 3rd floor.
