With over 60 years of presence in the United States and International coverage in affiliation with the International Bartender's Association (IBA) in over 50 countries, the United States Bartenders' Guild is the largest network of professional bartenders and is setting the standard for the profession throughout the country. ng cities; Austin, Chicago, Connecticut, Dallas, Denver, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, St. Louis and continues to grow. With the resurgence and ever increasing popularity of the cocktail, there is a high demand for creative and professional bartenders. Bars are using higher quality spirits and mixers as well as fresh fruits and juices and hiring knowledgeable and imaginative bartenders to create and serve them. As an industry leader the USBG is responsible for raising the bar and creating new trends to keep our competitive edge. The USBG is a national network of bartenders who come together to share their common interest: the craft of mixology. Our Guild is made up of exceptional bartenders who take great pride in the cocktails they serve.

USBG NEWS: US Bartenders’ Guild Announces US Cocktail Championship Finals Will Take Place at The Sazerac House in New Orleans

The United States Bartenders’ Guild the national, member-led not-for-profit association of bartenders and other hospitality professionals, announces today that the inaugural United States Cocktail Championship (USCC) National Finals will take place at the famed Sazerac House on Canal Street in New Orleans.

Sazerac will also function as the exclusive spirits host, with Sazerac brands utilized in all the cocktails created in the USCC Finals in both the flair and classic categories.

Said USBG Executive Director Bo Shuff, “The US Cocktail Championship is a competition for bartenders, by bartenders, with categories and parameters designed to help elevate competitors’ skill and prepare them for global competition. We’re excited that in this inaugural year that Sazerac, one of our industry’s leading family of brands, is supporting the community in a way that makes competitions like the USCC possible.”

Sazerac Company USA Industry Manager Matt Raygun said, “The USBG has been an advocate for bartenders and the bartending profession for generations and everyone at Sazerac is delighted to be a part of that legacy.”
