MACS Seniors: Are you feeling a little bored on February break and have some down time? Start your DFS Application today!

All scholarship applications are due by Friday, 3/27. This includes the many scholarships that are under our umbrella including: We Remember You! scholarships for all 4 schools, Janice Clark Memorial, Bogart Brothers Memorial, Lindsey Schwab Memorial, Lisa Domicolo Memorial, Mexico District Educators and Employees, and the Sherry Breslawski Memorial. Once you complete the initial DFS Application, you may match to many of these scholarships based on the criteria. A short essay and/or additional references may be required. Please make sure you submit the initial DFS application ASAP so you can see what other scholarships you match to and complete any additional info by the 3/27 deadline.

It’s not too late to participate in our memory lights fundraiser. We will take donations until 12/19. A minimum donation of $20 will sponsor a memory light. MACS DFS now has Venmo so you can donate using this method or mail us a check. More info in the flyer below. Dedications will be posted on our page around Christmas. Thank you for helping to raise money for the MACS Class of 2026 scholarships!

The MACS Dollars for Scholars Memory Lights campaign has officially begun. From December until early January, the high school windows will shine bright with battery operated LED candles in honor of your family members, students, staff, etc. A minimum of $20 will sponsor a memory light.

New this year, you can donate on Venmo. Type MACSDFS and you’ll find us listed under Charities. Be sure to include your dedication in the What’s this for? prompt when you send us the Venmo.

You can still pay using a check if you prefer and mail us your donation and dedication. Please see more information in the letter below on how to donate.

If you donated in the past, you should be receiving a mailing soon.

Today is the day! We are set up in the hallway of the high school right before the gym. Please stop by and buy raffle tickets for our amazing donations.

If you can’t attend in person, you can buy raffle tickets and send us a Venmo for payment by 2:30. Link is in the comments below. All I need to know is what item number(s) you want to enter to win. Every photo is labeled with a number. I also need your phone number so we can call you if you win.

Thank you for your support as all money raised will go towards DFS Scholarships for the MACS Class of 2026.

Our Christmas in Mexico raffle fundraiser is only 2 days away! You can find us in the hallway of the Mexico High School by the gym entrance on Saturday, 12/6 from 9-3. Can’t make it to our event? On Saturday morning, we will post pictures of all donations and our Venmo link so you can purchase raffle tickets from home.

All money raised will help fund DFS Scholarships for the MACS Class of 2026.

We have over 50 donations from local businesses and community members, thank you to everyone that has donated. Please stop down and see us!

Christmas in Mexico is 2 weeks away! MACS Dollars for Scholars will be at the high school for our annual basket raffle. If a business or community member would like to donate a basket or gift certificate, please reach out to us at [email protected] or text Beth at 315-908-2109 and we can arrange pickup by 12/4. Thank you for your support in providing scholarships to the MACS Class of 2026!

MACS Dollars for Scholars is having our annual basket raffle on Saturday, 12/6 at Christmas in Mexico from 9-3. If you would like to donate a basket, gift certificate, lottery board, etc., please comment to this post or contact me (Beth Britton, 315-908-2109). I would be happy to arrange a time for pick up. Every dollar raised goes towards scholarships for the Class of 2026. We awarded over $13,000 in scholarships to last year’s class. Thank you for your support!
