🎁 60 Local Students. 4 Mesa Schools. One Community. 💙

This Christmas, Klaus Team Cares partnered with local social workers, clients, agents, and industry friends to bring holiday joy to 60 children from Canyon Rim, Augusta Ranch, Meridian, and Boulder Creek Elementary Schools.

Through confidential gift adoptions, a wrapping party full of community volunteers, and generous donations—including grocery gift cards for some families—we were able to help make Christmas a little brighter for those in need, all under the radar to help the parents and kids stay anonymous.

We’re proud of our community and grateful to all who stepped up to help us. Read the full story and see how it all came together:

We were so happy to be a part of this event with Mesa Prevention Alliance that ensured that at-risk students have the tools they need to succeed this year. Thanks to all who dropped off school supplies - we were able to distribute 1,323 backpacks full of supplies! Volunteers also distributed 60 computers, gave over 100 haircuts, and completed 22 dental screenings... all free. Read about it at the link below.

We were able to assist a single mom this week who was struggling with some health issues by bringing her water bill current so her service wasn't disrupted. Most of the ways we're able to help are under the radar and moments where we're not going to go out and take a photo with the recipient. In this case, we were able to help her by going directly to the City to credit her account to bring it current.

This is another example of how we're able to work closely with social workers at Gilbert Public Schools to identify verified needs within our community where one-time grants will make a difference. We're so grateful for this community partnership.

Mesa, AZ – Klaus Team Cares, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by Klaus Team Real Estate Solutions, recently stepped in to assist a local single mother facing a critical hardship by providing a one-time grant to prevent her water from being shut off. The nonprofit was contacted b

This is pretty cool - Times have changed - before you had to have paper copies of your Advance Directives like your DNR or Living Wills with you. Now Contexture is digitizing your advance directives so you can keep a QR code on you with easy access to your directives, and you can also have your directives on file at local hospitals so your medical wishes will be honored.

In addition, Klaus Team Cares and Klaus Team Silver have teamed up with Contexture to be a Advance Directive upload partner to help you securely put your directives into the registry. Check out this podcast episode for more details and reach out to [email protected] or 480.370.3777 to join the Arizona Advance Directive Registry for free.

We were excited to be masterminding with some of our local elementary schools on ways we can align our passions to help our communities this last Wednesday at The Official Gilbert Public Schools District's Connect Cafe event, where we met with principals and social workers from Meridian Elementary and Boulder Creek Elementary.

Thanks to our clients' trust in us, each year we've been able to set a little aside with each closing for our charity, Klaus Team Cares. One of our projects each year is working with 4 elementary schools to ensure each kid has a Christmas morning experience, and that their parents can get the credit. This year, we were able to provide gifts for 109 kids in East Mesa, getting things off their Christmas list and wrapping the gifts and putting on a nametag that their parents can personalize. (the picture from the inside of the moving truck are sacks for each family - each one is full of gift-wrapped, personally selected gifts for each child in those families).

Thanks a ton also to Nikki Klaus for all the work in organizing it and shopping for the vast majority of the children, and to the dozens of our Klaus Team Friends and Family who came out to help us wrap the gifts this weekend.

You're invited to help us wrap gifts for the more than 85 children in our community who needed a Christmas miracle this year. We'll be at 7235 E Hampton Suite 103 from 9am-11am tomorrow, Saturday, December 10. We'll have the gifts, wrapping paper, tape, ribbon, and we'll provide festive music, a fun and energetic space, and a pizza lunch. We hope to see you there!

This year we are very excited to continue our tradition of blessing kids who wouldn't otherwise be able to get gifts for Christmas. For the past five years or so, we have partnered with social workers at four different local schools to find kids who are in need. We are thrilled to be able to give them gifts, and you can help us! There are two ways you can support this endeavor. To find out more, watch this short video.
