I am still closing k9br, I HAD a vet balance of $9600 I have gotten it down to $7150 ! I have been given the opportunity to make a deal with the vet office that they will wave the extra amount if I can come up with and pay $5000 they will write off the $2150 if i can pay the 5 in the next 2 weeks ! *Announcement*
I've been rescuing since 2009 been a 501c3 non profit since 2013. That's over a decade and countless animals saved including wildlife. This world is a horrible place, and I've seen some unimaginable things in rescue , but I've also seen the beauty in rescue too. Sadly with no one donating like back before covid happened and me running k9br alone and doing most of it outta my own pocket taking away from my own family to save and fix other people's neglect I have come to a extremely hard choice to shut down my rescue. So over the next few months I will be focusing on paying off past vet bills of around 10k that are still due and placing the last of k9 buddies rescue dogs. I appreciate all of you who have stuck by me over the past 12 years and I love all of my adopters and the updated pics you send me. Its been a crazy adventure bad and good. I can't afford to keep doing it any longer and it's mentally taking its toll on me. I do have pups to place still if anyone is interested let me know. ♡ thanks
