CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA
14 – 15 NOVEMBER 2026
A team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los
Angeles, with support from the Honorary Consulate of the Philippines - Arizona in Phoenix and the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Arizona (PACCA) , will conduct a Consular Outreach
Program in Phoenix, Arizona with the following details:
Date : November 14 – 15, 2026:
Location : CROWNE PLAZA PHOENIX AIRPORT
4300 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Service Hours : 9:00 am - 12:00 noon; 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Book appointments via www.passport.gov.ph.
Only COMPLETE applications received on or before 06 November 2026 will be included in the final list of appointments.
Appointments will close on 08 November 2026, unless all appointment slots are taken up prior to the said date.
The FINAL LIST of applicants with confirmed appointments will be posted on the Consulate General’s website and social media accounts no later than 11 November 2026.
