We use archery, mentorship, and trusted relationships to help youth build confidence, resilience, focus, and life skills through lessons, community events, and supportive connection. We want every kid who comes through our program to know they are stronger than they think, capable of more than they believe, and can lead by showing what it means to stand tall, stay grounded, and release their potential with confidence—faithful, resilient, and rooted in the purpose He designed for them.

Meet “Camo Kelly.” 😎🏹

Ella’s lovely grandma has officially earned herself a nickname around here—and apparently she came to shoot.

Tonight was only the third time she’s shot her new bow. LOOK AT THAT GROUP. Three arrows touching in one round… and then she went and Robin Hooded her own arrow. 🤯

Third. Time.

She’s a natural, an absolute kick to have at the range, and exactly the kind of woman we love seeing pick up a bow.

We can’t wait to have Camo Kelly back—and we’re really hoping she and Ella join us for the next Girls Day at the Range on September 26! ❤️🏹

I’ve been sharing Arrows of Strength here for a while now, but somehow I’ve never actually introduced myself. So… hi. 👋 I’m Heather.

A little about me, how my love of archery and my work in prevention eventually found their way together, and how a simple idea to coach a few kids turned into something I never expected. 🏹

A few more photos from last night’s Girls Night at the Range!

Today we’re celebrating more girls behind bows and more women shooting beside them. We absolutely love to see it.
💪😁🏹

Seriously, last night was SO GOOD. We had girls trying archery for the first time, others bringing their own bows, women jumping in to shoot, balloons popping, lots of cheering and plenty of smiles.

A huge thank you to Nampa Bow Chiefs for opening the range to us and making nights like this possible. And thank you to every girl and woman who came out and joined us!

We have more Girls Night & Girls Day at the Range events coming this fall, and we’d love to have you join us. 🏹

We’ve got a full lineup of Arrows of Strength Girls Events September–December in Caldwell, Boise, and Nampa!

Whether brand new or experienced, these events are for girls and women to shoot, learn, laugh, and grow together in a strong, supportive community.

Girls 18 & under shoot FREE. Women 19+ are $15.
Bring your own equipment or use ours.
