Road update: Due to the rains over the weekend, road product is going to be delayed until the roads dry out. We will still see some road prep work today.

05/07/2026

We have contracted DR Landworx LLC to begin work on our roads starting Monday, May 11, 2026.

During the first two days, trucks will be delivering and dumping 200 tons of crushed asphalt. Roads will remain open, and we have been advised that it is OK to drive on the material.

After the initial deliveries, DR Landworx LLC will spend the remainder of the week spreading and leveling the product.

Please note that, due to limited funds, this work will not cover all roads. We are completing as much as possible with the resources available.

As discussed in our last meeting, we will not be sending letters to announce the road work in an effort to save on costs.

Road Update: We are in contact with various companies weekly about coming out here to fix our roads. Our biggest issues are 1) They say they will give us a bid and never do. 2) They get too busy to do the work. 3)They can't do what they say they can do.

We know this has been painful for everyone.

Our stop sign at Fox Hole Rd and Simmons is missing. If you have seen it or know where it is, please let us know. In the meantime, please make sure you stop at the end of Fox Hole Rd before turning left or right onto Simmons. Even without a stop sign, you are required to stop at a T intersection.

Our next meeting is Monday, February 16, 2026 at 6 pm. The meeting will be held at Railhead BBQ, 13978 S Douglas Blvd, Guthrie, OK 73044.

In an effort to save administrative costs, we will not be providing paper copies of documents at the meeting. Please bring documents previously mailed to you, including agenda, prior meeting minutes, financial statements, and treasurer's report.

We are excited to share some great news—our neighborhood roads are scheduled for repair on Monday, September 8, 2025!

Our vendor will be grading all five roads and distributing four loads of asphalt millings to fill in the areas with the greatest washout damage. Importantly, the vendor has assured us that no traffic will be blocked during the process.

For the protection of personal property, please ensure that no vehicles or other items are in the ditches or parked on the side of the road during the work.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked through the process of meeting with vendors and assessing the needs of our roads. We are thrilled to finally see this project moving forward and look forward to smoother, safer roads for everyone.

Dear Forest Fox Neighbors,
We’ve recently met with several paving vendors and are in the process of gathering quotes to repair all of the roads in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, we are currently facing a significant shortfall in dues payments.

If you haven’t yet submitted your 2025 dues, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. These funds are essential for moving forward with much-needed road improvements.

13045 Fox Pass Road (The Millican’s) will be having an outdoor wedding ceremony (backyard/backside of property) on July 19th. Ceremony starts at 6 PM, guests will likely begin arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the start of ceremony. There will be cars parked on our property and alongside our property, not hindering traffic, and there will be music and possibly loud talking/cheering, but we will adhere to city and county noise ordinances, even though there aren’t any enforced noise restrictions in our area, and will ensure the music/voices is lowered by 11 PM.

Everyone remember the SPECIALMEETING tomorrow at 10:00 AM at 13351 EL Zorro to elect officers. If you can not attend the meeting, it is not too late to vote. Just put your ballot in an envelope with your home address on it, drop it in the FFARA box on the front porch of 13351 EL Zorro.
