What if we stopped asking students, “What job do you want?” and started asking, “How has God gifted you to serve others?”

God created each of us with purpose. Our work isn’t just about making a living—it’s an opportunity to glorify God, love others, and faithfully use the gifts He’s given us.

The goal isn’t just to find a career.

It’s to discover how God can use your work for His Kingdom.

Nearly half of workers say they hate their jobs. But the next generation doesn’t have to follow the same path.

What if we stopped teaching students to see work as something they simply have to get through, and started teaching them to see it as an opportunity to use their God-given gifts, serve others, and glorify Him?

Work matters. And how we prepare the next generation to view their work matters too.
