Share A Vision Share A Vision is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization that was founded in 1987 for the purpose of providing assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Share A Vision is a charitable organization that is committed to providing recreational activities for individuals with Autism and other disabilities through grants, fundraising events and community support. Currently the organization is focused on providing recreational activities for individuals with autism and other disabilities. We sponsor/support a variety of activities including vacations, f

amily outings and social groups. One of the major components of our program is to provide educational preparation to our clients and their families prior to the trip/experience. We do this by holding a number of educational sessions prior to the activity. This is a vital component of these outings since it helps to ensure that the clients and their families get the most from these opportunities. It is also a tool that works to help educate others about the individuals with disabilities. We envision an organization that can facilitate all of the above activities with all the appropriate manpower, financing and organization that will allow for worry-free recreational activities for all concerned.

We are officially just 9 days away from our Disney trip! Last night, our travelers had their final prep meeting where they practiced going through airport security and sitting on the airplane.

Another Disney Prep meeting today! Our travelers picked out their park f***y packs and their MagicBand holders to make carrying them around more sensory-friendly. After walking through our Magic Kingdom social story to prep for the big days ahead, we ended with Disney Sing Alongs🎶🎉

Today was such a truly special day!

Today, Father Fred got to meet Adam, the 2026 Share A Vision recipient of the Father Fred Scholarship!
In honor of Father Fred’s 47+ years of priestly ordination and 35 years of devoted leadership to the St. Gabriel community, this annual scholarship was created in partnership with Share A Vision. Each year, it fully funds a magical trip to Walt Disney World for a child with autism or developmental disabilities, bringing joy, lasting memories, and the true "magic" of Disney to a very special family.

As Father Fred beautifully says, this scholarship enables special people to be touched by that magic, and it means the world to him.

🎄✨ Share A Vision is excited to announce that we are going back to Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow! ✨🎄

For over 40 years, Santa’s Hide-A-Way Hollow has created magical memories for families. Due to rising costs, the event now requires a $25 registration fee but Share A Vision is committed to continuing recreational opportunities for our families and will be sponsoring admission for 40 families to attend this unforgettable day with Santa!

Today was the 15th Annual NESS Dance at Eastlake Middle School, an incredible event dedicated to promoting autism acceptance and awareness. From noon until midnight, over 100 students are dancing nonstop to raise money for local autism organizations.

Each student participating in the Dance-A-Thon was required to raise at least $75 in sponsorships, and together these amazing students raised over $20,000 this year!

Earlier today, Pearl, one of our 2026 trip recipients, had the opportunity to speak and she talked about Share A Vision, and she did an amazing. We are so proud of her! (See the video in the comments)

Share A Vision, along with five other organizations, was honored to receive a donation check during today’s event. Eastlake Middle School has been a proud supporter of Share A Vision for many years, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued kindness and dedication to the autism community.

A huge thank you to Angela Minichello, the EMS staff, and all of the students for continuing to support Share A Vision and make a difference in so many lives. 💙

Tonight we had another prep meeting for our upcoming trips to Discovery Cove and Parents Night Out, and the excitement is growing bigger every day! 🌊☀️

These prep meetings are such an important part of our trips. They help our kids know what to expect, build comfort and confidence, and make the experience more enjoyable and successful for everyone involved.

Disney will be here before we know it, and we cannot wait to make unforgettable memories with our 2026 families!

And just 51 days until we take off! ✈️🐭

These groups are such an important part of our preparation. They help the kids feel ready and confident by going over what to expect when traveling, how our park days will look, daily schedules, and so much more.

So excited to keep building toward an amazing trip! 🌟
