HALLOWEEN IN DRAKEWICK
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Drakewick this Halloween. If your children are planning to trick-or-treat in Drakewick, the hours will be from 5-8pm on Friday, October 31. Please also consider making a donation to our Annual Halloween Food Drive, benefitting the Interfaith Food Panty, while you are visiting. As a reminder, the hours of trick-or-treating this Halloween will be from 5-8pm, allowing families time to get home from school and get ready. Kids should only approach houses that have their porch lights on, as this signals that the homeowner is distributing candy at his/her door or driveway.

The HOA has been in contact with the Mendham Township Police Department to ensure a safe and fun Halloween. The police and fire departments will be present in Drakewick on Halloween, as in previous years. Note that there will only be parking on one side of Walsingham Rd. We will have a porta potty by the pond and there will be garbage cans throughout the neighborhood. If anyone does not wish to participate in Halloween, please respond to this email; the police can provide signs for those houses indicating that children should not stop there.

Please also consider making a donation to our 5th Annual Drakewick Halloween Food Drive, which is being held on Halloween and the day after, November 1. All donations will benefit the Interfaith Food Pantry. There will be a DPW trailer parked at the corner of Walsingham Road and Trimingham Court (by the pond) for the collection of donations. If you would like to make a donation, please see the list below of food items they are currently collecting. Thank you for participating and Happy Halloween!
