Please note...If it is raining we will meet at the Community Center. Our anti-racism march and trash pick up went very well last Thursday. A lot of positive response and we met a couple of new friends. This coming Thursday, April 29, we will meet at Janssen Park and walk the perimeter of the park. We have signs, or bring your own. All welcome. Meet at 5:45.

Ouachita Collaborative Cultivators (OCC) will be having a march this Thurs. April 22 (Earth Day) as part of our weekly anti racism demonstrations and would like to invite anyone interested to participate. We will meet at Janssen Park at the pavilion closest to 9th St. at 5:45 and march to Cacina Flores (food truck) on Hwy 71. There will be someone to give rides back to the park for those who want one. If you don't want to march, but would like to join us, you may hang out at the park. Upon our return we will debrief and plan next week's demonstration. We have several signs, but feel free to make your own. We will also be picking up trash along the route. Hope to see many of you there!

Join us for our first Summit. March 20 9 AM- March 21 6 PM We’re planning an exciting weekend, complete with community enrichment, education, and camaraderie - including potlucks and a bonfire!!! Come for all or part.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with us in time for Spring when we'll be enjoying the longer evenings together! Proposed timeline: 8:30 – 9:00a.m. check-in.
Morning Session 9:00a.m. - 12:00pm
Evening Session 3:00pm -6:00pm
Session 1. Collaborative Roles and collaborative participation.
Session 2. Art. Chain Breaking, Seed Starting and Clay Sculpting. Suggestions for session for the processing, setup and cleanup time for working with clay….
Session 3. Conflict Mediation.
Session 4. Cultivated Consensus – Decision Processes.
Potluck Dinner both Saturday and Sunday nights
Potential Bonfire and Sleepover on Saturday / Sunday.
Suggested Saturday for energy.
Breakfast before the Sunday morning session.
Sunday night, reflection time for how to take this energy forward. Please send a message for more information
