RECAP: Market Mixer at Fuego Vivo 🔥

A room full... that’s always a good sign! This is the kind of energy that only happens when the right people are in the right place!

We had the opportunity to recognize Camila Rodriguez, MBA with a $500 scholarship for completing CI 102 đź‘Ź and celebrate the continued growth of our future designees.

Our out-of-town CI 104 students stayed well past class hours (homework due the next morning and all) just to be part of the room!

One attendee shared: “Fantastic job on the mixer last night… I’ve been to others after class, but I wasn’t expecting to be taken care of like that!”

A huge thank you to Glankler Brown, PLLC for sponsoring an evening that didn’t just bring people together, it created an experience worth staying for. Raushanah "RL" Morgan, CCIM, is an Affiliate Broker with Myers Commercial Real Estate, licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi. A proud Memphis native and Florida A & M University alumna, RL brings a global perspective to real estate, shaped by previous careers in investment banking, operations, and government across New York, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. She holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and is passionate about using commercial real estate to drive equitable community development.

We’re excited to spotlight James McCraw, CCIM, our President-Elect for the 2026 CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter! 🎉

James is a Vice President at NAI Saig Company in Memphis, where he specializes in representing owners, tenants, and investors throughout the Mid-South market, specializing in retail investment sales and leasing.

Before his commercial real estate career, James served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and that same discipline and drive now guide his approach to complex CRE transactions. He earned his CCIM designation by demonstrating excellence in market analysis and investment strategy.

James is also a recognized industry leader — highlighted as a CoStar “Best of the Best” Retail Top Leasing Broker, a seven-time CoStar Quarterly Power Broker, and a BREDD Best Commercial Real Estate Dealmaker by the Memphis Business Journal, and the current president of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Commercial Council Board of Directors.

His community leadership extends beyond real estate. James serves as President of the Descendants of Early Settlers of Shelby County, has been actively involved with Leadership Memphis, and has contributed leadership experience to advisory boards locally.
