Founded by Kevin Cheatham Jr, a visionary with a passion to give back and stay in touch with the community. The acronym grind means Giving, Respect, Integrity N Direction. Through these principles we believe that this will empower young men and women to be great leaders of tomorrow

. Our mission is to empower all young men and women to be successful in all endeavors. We believe that with hard work, mentorship and community assistance we can give hope To kids who may have lost some sense of direction along the way.
