What an uplifting morning it is! Our beloved Esther Grand successfully conducted our Mid Winters conference from Thursday to Saturday, bringing together numerous sisters and brothers from far and wide who received their administrator degrees.

I would like to extend a warm and hearty CONGRATULATIONS to each and every one of you. Your achievement is truly something to celebrate!

Regrettably, the weather forced some of us to cut our trip short, and we had to travel back to Tennessee from Baton Rouge last night. Although some of our sisters and brothers have not returned yet, let us hold them in prayer, wishing for their safe passage home. To those navigating through the winter mix, may God's protection be your shield, guiding you safely through your journey. Please prioritize your safety and warmth above all.

Today, we honor Martin Luther King Jr. not just as a movement, but as a man.

Before the marches, before the speeches, before history etched his name into textbooks, there was family. There were quiet moments, responsibility, faith, and love carried at home. This image reminds us that the dream was not abstract. It was personal.

Dr. King fought publicly for justice, dignity, and equality, but he lived privately with the same commitment. Leadership did not turn off when the cameras were gone. Courage did not end at the podium. The values he preached were practiced daily.

On MLK Day, we remember that lasting change is built by whole people, not just public figures. Movements are sustained by love, discipline, sacrifice, and the willingness to stand firm even when the cost is high.

History often celebrates the voice.

Acacia and YMAC corporation are making a difference. Today, we served the community at the mission, providing essential services where over 150 individuals receive hot meals, clean clothing, and hygiene supplies every day. It's a privilege to do what we're called to do.

I would like to extend my congratulations to our esteemed sister, Nurse Sincere McNeil, Founder of Sincere Healthcare Institute LLC, on her outstanding accomplishments. On December 4th, 2025, Acacia Chapter #201 and our newest sister chapter, Martha Chapter 42A, volunteered to support L.I.N.C, a local organization that empowers women who have experienced abuse to transform their lives. By providing access to housing, employment, job readiness, education, and more, L.I.N.C fosters personal relationships and a sense of family. Under the exceptional leadership of Wanda Taylor, CEO and Founder, L.I.N.C delivers outstanding services to our community. It was a privilege to contribute to this effort and support her in meeting the needs of our community.
