Hey everyone!
Just a friendly reminder that we are keeping our tumbling classes the same this month!! Which means today is our intermediate class from 5-5:45pm.

🎃please excuse our halloween mess over the next few days.. we are prepping the gym for our annual Monster Ball, which is on October 24th this year!!

🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🤸Open gym tonight from 5-6pm!! $5 for members $10 for non-members! Come work on those skills that need a few more reps 💪

✨️From 6:30- 8pm we have our valkyrie training!! This is for women 18+ that want to get in shape at your own pace with lots of encouragement and guidance!! 🤩We also put a little fantasy 👑 twist on it- come learn to train like your favorite FMC from your books ⚔️🧘‍♀️🏹🛡

Then open gym to work on your skills for evaluations from 6-7pm!! Take advantage of the time to put in work before evaluations!

Sorry everyone but I am having to cancel our 5pm class tonight! I'm not gonna make it to the gym in time! I can make it up on Friday from 5-5:30!
