AQHA is pleased to announce the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service will continue to postpone implementation of the 2024 Horse Protection Act (HPA) amendments. This postponement will be effective until December 31, 2026.

AQHA has been actively engaging with the American Horse Council and the equine industry to delay and stop implementation of the new rules amending the HPA which significantly expand the scope beyond the primary intent of the act.

The Board of the Mid South Quarter Horse Association has voted to hold off on our show scheduled for April 24-26 until
such time that our new facility has completed construction. Sorry for any inconvenience in your show scheduling but we anticipate inviting you to our new location with an updated, exhibitor friendly showbill. Meanwhile, we ask that you support the small shows. They are the backbone of the industry.

Renew Creative will be back at Paul Battle Arena this weekend, covering High Times at Tunica for the MidSouth Quarter Horse Association and West Tennessee Quarter Horse Association!

Along with capturing your arena action shots, the black backdrop will be open for portraits, and we have some spots for mini sessions. If you want photos or videos of your horse for your home, for ads or banners, or for marketing, now is the time to take them!

- Sessions start at $295
- Black backdrops are a $50 minimum order
- Show Special Pricing available all weekend
