Our Founder, Matriarch Keione Gordon, is not only a leader in our sisterhood—she is a breast cancer survivor and advocate. Having personally battled breast cancer, she knows firsthand the importance of being proactive, knowing your risk, and getting screened. Her journey reminds us that early detection can make a difference.

Raising Awareness. Improving Lives.

Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is a neurological condition that occurs when pressure inside the skull becomes elevated without an obvious cause. Its symptoms can impact vision, balance, hearing, and everyday life.

This September, Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc. and SHE S.A.L.U.T.E.S. stand united in bringing greater awareness, education, understanding, and support to those living with IIH.

💚 Persistent headaches are not “just headaches.”
💙 Vision changes deserve attention.
💚 Pulsatile tinnitus, dizziness, nausea, and other symptoms matter.
💙 Awareness can lead to earlier recognition and support.
