Over the next 10 weeks, I’ll be sharpening our positioning, pricing, growth strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and ex*****on as we continue building Training Ground & GROUNDReserve

Vision: build the infrastructure that helps people move from knowing → practising → applying → becoming capable.

Grateful for another opportunity to learn, be challenged, and build alongside an ambitious community of founders.

Let’s build.

Reasons to follow… or unfollow me 😂

I’m here to build, learn, help people, and hopefully leave the world a little better than I found it.
I believe in the next generation. I believe in human potential. I believe we’re all going to face setbacks, learn in public, change our minds, and figure things out as we go.

So if any of this resonates, come along for the journey.
Connect. Engage. Ask questions. Challenge ideas. Share what you’re learning too.

We’re all going through this together.
And if we can help a few more people along the way, even better. 🧡

A 70s-themed birthday party for cammm gave me the perfect reason to channel my inner Marvin Gaye.

‘What’s Going On’ was released in 1971, the same year the U.S. left the gold standard. I’d heard the album before, but after spending the last two years learning more about the Bank of Canada, the Federal Reserve, monetary policy and how money is created and moves through the system, it hits differently. This album spoke to the Black experience, inflation, taxes, war and a changing world. Things were still dealing with today.

Once you see the connections, you can’t unsee them.

So, two questions:

1. What’s going on?

2. And did I capture the Marvin Gaye look?
