Key Lessons from Geese

Fly in a V-Formation: Geese fly together to create lift. This adds over 70 percent more flying range than flying alone, showing that shared goals make work easier.

Share Leadership: The lead goose moves to the back when tired. Another goose takes the front spot, teaching us to share hard tasks.

Encourage Each Other: Geese honk from behind. Their noise cheers on the leaders to keep up their speed.

Support the Vulnerable: If a goose gets sick or hurt, two other geese stay with it until it heals or dies.
