No one organization can meet every need. That’s why we need more partners at the table, more resources connected, and more people willing to say, “How can we help?”

Today, we celebrate more than an area code. We celebrate the people, neighborhoods, culture, resilience, and community spirit that make the 901 a place unlike any other.

At the Human Flourishing Initiative of Shelby County, we believe our community is strongest when we work together, connecting families to resources, strengthening hope, and building coordinated pathways that help individuals and families move from crisis to stability, and ultimately to flourishing.

Here’s to the faith leaders, community partners, service providers, advocates, neighbors, and families who show up every day to make Shelby County stronger.

The Human Flourishing Alliance continues to grow, with 52 organizations now working together toward a shared goal of helping individuals, families and communities flourish.

Together, these organizations are building a more connected network of support for individuals and families across our communities. The Human Flourishing Initiative connects organizations and resources so they can work as a coordinated team.

Agape is honored to serve as the backbone organization for the Shelby County pilot, helping foster collaboration across this growing network of partners.
