Emotional day at The Drop In Center...
We had a sista who cried for her mama today...
(We took her home)
"I wanna go home"
The mother of a sista came to the Center looking for her daughter...
"I know y'all took her to the mental health hospital and I haven't seen her since. Do
y'all know where my baby is? I miss her"...

for not only providing leggings and t shirts for our Drop In Center and also big thanks for introducing the new Colonel to our Director!
We served over 70 sistas at the Drop In Center this week. Thursday, 36 sistas showed up for a meals, showers, clean clothes and naps. That was a record for a "normal" weekday at The Center.
We are grateful to bring awareness about what Sista2Sista is doing in the Binghampton Community.

A safe haven off the streets...

Movie and Pizza Day...
Life on the streets can be hard and chaotic for our sistas.
There is nothing like having a safe haven to relax for a few hours to have some good pizza and to be able to watch a movie. And that's exactly what our sistas are doing today at The Drop In Center!
