MOAA President and CEO Lt. Gen. Brian T. Kelly, USAF (Ret.) and Maj. Gen. April Vogel, USAF (Ret.) had a great meeting today with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to discuss TotalForce+ and key priorities for our veterans. MOAA appreciates the continued partnership to ensure we’re delivering the care and benefits our veterans have earned.
