Our small act of kindness for the month of October: Fill the Blessing Box!

We stocked our blessing box this morning, and when I checked it this evening, there were still a few things left inside! ❤️

Let’s work together to keep it stocked for anyone in our community who may need a little extra help.

If you have a few extra canned goods, nonperishable food items, or other essentials, consider donating and helping us spread a little kindness. You never know how much a small act of love can mean to someone else.

We want to teach our children that kindness doesn’t have to be big to make a difference. Sometimes, the smallest acts of love are the biggest blessings. One little blessing at a time. 🫶🏼🤎

Fall festival prep!! 🍂🤎 Bailey Rae is helping her mama and daddy repaint the hay trailer and get everything ready for our Fall Festival this Saturday, October 17th, starting at 10:00 - 1:00! 🚜🍁

We can’t wait to welcome everyone out to the farm for a fun-filled day! 🧡

We take full advantage of every chance we get to take our classroom outside!

Learning happens all over the farm. Four walls don’t make a classroom! Sometimes you’ll find us under a shade tree on an old quilt, sometimes on the fort, and sometimes out in the garden.

There’s so much to learn when you have the freedom to explore, get your hands dirty, and learn from the world around you. And we wouldn’t have it any other way!

So yes, we bring our books, a sharpened pencil, and a good eraser, and we soak up all that much-needed fresh air. Because learning doesn’t have to happen inside four walls. Sometimes, the best classroom is the great outdoors.

And sometimes our school dads jump in and help with the older kids’ football games! 🤪

🎉 Happy Birthday to our sweet Mrs. Jennifer! 🎉

We love her so much and are beyond thankful for everything she does for our school family. She works so patiently and lovingly with our children with dyslexia and our 1-on-1 students, always making sure each child feels seen, supported, and loved. ❤️

She is truly the kind of person everyone needs in their corner. Her heart for our children and families shines through in everything she does, and we are SO thankful God brought her into our little school family. 🥹💗

Happy Birthday, Mrs. Jennifer! We hope you feel just how loved and appreciated you are today! 🎂✨

We are soaking up this beautiful weather and loving every minute of it!

The horses are soaking up the shade, the goats are taking a nap, the kitties are resting, the kids are working hard, and Franklin is on the move, happily foraging through the grass. 🐴🐐🐈‍⬛👧🏼🐢🌿

Just another beautiful day on the farm.

After our hike, we headed back to the schoolhouse, finished up our chores, and then treated ourselves to a little candy apple bar! 🍎🍫✨

The kids got to create their own delicious apple creations, and the favorite by far was peanut butter topped with sprinkles and Hershey’s chocolate syrup! 😋🍎

A sweet way to end the day!

🍎🌳 Thursday after lunch was all about Johnny Appleseed Day!

We took a hike over to the other farm and found a beautiful spot to sit on the rolling hills beneath the big trees. 🌳🌾 With the breeze blowing and the kids soaking in the sunshine, we learned all about Johnny Appleseed and his love for planting apple trees. 🍎

There’s just something special about learning outside, surrounded by God’s beautiful creation. 🤍📚🌿
