We had a great event this weekend and were blessed to hear from such great leaders as Max Siegel and Courtney Cadore.

We were able to gain a better understanding of what being a leader is all about, how to navigate challenges, what is needed to make tough decisions, and why having emotional intelligence with empathy is essential to our future success in making the right decisions.

Thanks to the entire leadership team, board, and Eastern Florida State College for helping with this event. Next up we will discuss Financial Literacy and have NIL education for our student-athletes.

Great interview by Alan Zlotorzynski and our upcoming guest speaker, Courtney Cadore, who will be speaking on the importance of having “Emotional Intelligence” and how to navigate challenging situations as a leader.

The event will be this Saturday, August 8th (9th - 12th graders) on the Eastern Florida State College - Melbourne Campus (11am - 3:30pm). Go to the main homepage to register at 321Empowerment.org and lunch will be provided.

321Empowerment was started with three individuals who decided to team up and be obedient to what God was telling them to do.

We would just like to encourage you today to trust Him and continue to have “Faith”. It’s the only reason why we are in existence and have been blessed to be surrounded by so many great individuals that want to help us succeed.

Know that you are more than capable of accomplishing every goal and challenge that may be in front of you, to just keep the “Faith”, and be who you know you are called to be. Have a great weekend!

The 321Empowerment team is excited to announce that our next event will be August 8th (Eastern Florida State - Melbourne Campus) and guest speakers will be announced soon.

As 321Empowerment begins to prepare for the ‘26-27 high school academic calendar, we are looking forward to adding lifeskills programming for our female student-athlete population in Brevard County.

Thank you to Sara Murano, MS , Kaley Wilson, Debbie Thomas, Dr. Rosy Collins, and Dawn Bradford for joining the Board and can’t wait to recruit more female leaders in Brevard County who believe in the impact of sports.
