321Empowerment was honored to collaborate with Eastern Florida State College, the SIMPKINS FAMILY FOUNDATION INC, and the Brevard Public Schools during the first annual EmpowerU event.

We would like to personally thank Kimberly Perry-Sanderlin, Kayli Shear, and Myron Campbell for all their hard work that was put into bringing this event alive. They were just an amazing group of people to work with.

We are appreciative of Spectrum News 13 Orlando for coming out and highlighting what our 321Empowerment Board and partners are doing in the Brevard County community.

This event would not have happened without the support and collaboration of Eastern Florida State College and the Brevard Public Schools. Also thanks to Coach Urban Meyer for being our special guest speaker for this college and career symposium, and for Eastern Florida State College’s Leadership for hosting and providing the food.

In collaboration with Eastern Florida State College and Brevard Public Schools, we’re bringing one of the most accomplished leaders in college football to inspire our student-athletes.

A three-time national championship coach and leadership expert, Coach Meyer will share powerful insights on leadership, discipline, mindset, and resilience — and how those same principles apply to networking effectively and navigating a successful career path. Student-athletes will learn how to build meaningful relationships, create opportunities, and position themselves for long-term success.

This is more than a speaking event — it’s an opportunity to gain real-world guidance from a championship-level leader on how to win in life and in your career.

321Empowerment had the opportunity to work with Glen Outlaw and Tied Together at Heritage High School this week.

Discussions were on the importance of first impressions, how to carry yourself as a man, how to tie a tie, and what it takes to be accountable and responsible in your actions.

In the future, 321Empowerment will be teaming up with Glen Outlaw to work on building out the proper curriculum for our student-athletes that will be much needed for their futures.
