Each child in our Stable Moments program is matched with one trauma-informed mentor who stays with them for the long haul. Because for children who have experienced foster care or adoption, consistency, trust, and reliability matter.
We take the time to understand each child’s unique strengths and needs and develop an individualized plan of care that helps guide their weekly mentor sessions.
And now, we’re looking for both children and mentors for this year’s program!
