We have entered a transitional era where the marketplace honors demonstration over declaration. It is concerning that the conversation surrounding education still tries to prop up the former way, the declaration of pedigree and the attainment of degrees. The younger members of society are finding out that employers are hiring individuals who are keen problem solvers. The world is growing more and more automated.
