6:00AM or 6:30PM · Hoover Middle School
We’re kicking off our Fall Speed Series, built around Space Coast Marathon & Half training. Not racing? Come anyway! Speed work is a great way to build strength and confidence.

🍻 THURSDAY | SOCIAL RUN
6:30PM · The Local Beer and Wine Collective
3 miles at a conversational pace. We run, we chat, and we leave race pace at home. Stick around after for food & drinks!

☀️ SATURDAY | LONG RUN
6:00AM · Oars & Paddles Park
6 miles at your own pace along Tropical Trail. Come get your weekend miles in with the crew!

🏆 BEACH OLYMPICS | SATURDAY 9/5!

Fun week ahead with the crew!

⏱️ Wednesday: We’re wrapping up our 12-week Summer Speed Series with a mile time trial! No matter where you are in your running journey, this is a great chance to challenge yourself.

🏃‍♀️ Thursday: Our friends at Motivated Movements are stopping by before the run to help us stretch and get ready to move.

We’re coming to the end of our Scorching Summer Speed Series, but we’ve still got some fun ahead!

🏁 In TWO weeks: AM vs. PM Track Battle. We’re leaving it all on the track!

Our speed workouts are always FREE and open to all paces, so if you’ve been curious about putting the pedal to the metal, come on out and join the crew!
