A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of great networking, laughter, and plenty of country spirit. It was wonderful to welcome both familiar faces and new connections while celebrating the strength of our case management community.

The 2026 CMSA National Conference, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, brought together approximately 1,000 case management professionals from across the United States for several days of education, networking, and collaboration.

We are proud that three members of the CMSA Cleveland Chapter Board of Directors were in attendance representing Northeast Ohio: Karen Hooven, MaryAnn Ott, and John Walls. Their participation reflects our chapter’s ongoing commitment to professional development, leadership, and advancing the practice of case management.
