🚨 When I look at multiple sources I see rain happening several times throughout our 3 hours with possible thunderstorms. We will be canceling Junior golf for today at Black River Golf Course, July 1st.

50 juniors attended today at Black River Golf Course. Today was our fourth Wednesday already. We worked continued to work on our full swings with Coach Jamie Chaussee, our chipping and putting with Coach Brenda, and sand shots with Coach Haase. We reviewed etiquette and how to make a tee time. Finally we got to get out and enjoy the beautiful golf course that is in really nice shape.

We had a special guest at Tee Hi Golf Course junior program yesterday. Medford Raider Golf Alum Connor Lingen came and competed against some of the older more advanced players which was a great experience for them!

Another great day of our junior golf program at Tee Hi Golf Course this morning. This week we reviewed etiquette, learned about different ways to compete, and added a bunker lesson station to our rotation. Finally, all groups got to play on course for about 90 minutes.

Yes, Junior golf is on today! Be prepared for wet feet and it wouldn’t hurt to bring a rain jacket. As always, a water bottle is a great idea.
