PC had a busy weekend as they opened the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Kansas on Saturday morning and had a brilliant drill and pass in review. They passed inspection by the South Central Department Commander.

PC is extremely humbled by his election of the Sir Knights to serve as the Right Eminent Grand Commander for the next year.

His personal Bible was processed into the asylum by Miss Heartland Job’s Daughters and she provided a beautiful speech about the
Importance of the Bible as a Christian Knight. The Grand Worthy Advisor for Kansas Rainbow placed his 1800s era square and compasses on the Bible with a cross made for him in Jerusalem from olive wood. She explained the importance of the cross to the Christian Knight. The State Master Councilor for Kansas DeMolay presented him with his sword and explained its importance.

Sir Knight Robert Loflin, Past South Central Department Commander from Texas, stood in for Sir Knight Robert McClarty who appointed him to the line.

PC’s granddaughters put the sword on his chains during installation. It was a beautiful and moving event. He was even installed as the REGC of Texas several times during the installation. lol! REGC Gary Rock of Texas will have some issues with that. Lol!
