Have bulk trash that needs to be thrown away? Join The City for their X-Treme Green Event to get rid of trash, appliances, brush, and debris!

UPDATE: The X-treme Green Event scheduled for this Saturday will be held at the Chisholm Baptist Church parking lot, not City Hall.

Join us from 8:00 a.m. to noon and make as many trips as needed before the event ends at noon!

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us at our First Fix-It-Fair! 🏡🛠️

Our residents had the chance to meet and connect with local home pros, ask questions, learn more about their services, and take advantage of some great discounts, specials, and giveaways.

The kids kept busy building and decorating their own birdhouses, while Come Back Chicken kept everyone fed with some seriously good food throughout the evening.

A huge thank you to all of our vendors for showing up, sharing your expertise, and giving our residents some great resources for their homes. All vendor information and discounts will be available in this week’s E-Newsletter!

Missed this one? Don’t worry — Fix It Fair will be back this spring! We’re already looking forward to making the next one even bigger and better!

The Fix-It Fair is happening tomorrow, August 24th, at 6:30 PM!

Meet local vendors specializing in fencing, HVAC, roofing, trees, and more—with giveaways, special discounts, and helpful resources for your home!

Come hungry because Comeback Chicken and Holy Fluff Mini Pancakes will be selling their delicious food. Plus, kids can get crafty with birdhouse building in the amenity room!

🏁 Ready, Set, Ride🏁

The Sonoma Verde Dirt Bike Track officially opens this weekend!

Before hitting the track, please remember:

-Helmets must be worn at all times
-No gas-powered bikes are allowed
-A liability waiver must be completed before riding
-QR codes for the waiver are posted on signs throughout the course
- Enter through the designated entrance and exit through the designated exit
- Be aware of your surroundings and respectful of others
- Ride within your ability and use the track at your own risk

Please inspect your bike and safety equipment before riding. All posted rules must be followed. Let’s work together to keep the track safe, fun, and open for everyone.

Riders will have the next two months to practice, build confidence, and get familiar with the track as we gear up for our SPARK Townhall & Fall Fest, featuring exciting dirt bike races, friendly competition, and prizes! Stay tuned—more race details are coming soon.

🚨 URGENT WATER UPDATE FROM RCH WATER SUPPLY (Aug 20) 🚨

Residents, please check your yard irrigation systems immediately and make sure they are turned OFF.

Due to heavy usage threatening emergency water levels, RCH Water Supply is actively enforcing mandatory restrictions:

💧 Meter Shut-Offs: Running systems will be turned off at the meter and marked with a blue flag.

💸 Fines: Violators will receive fines.

What a YAPPY Hour!

Even with 104° Texas heat, Sonoma Verde SHOWED UP and showed out! Thank you to all of our residents (and four-legged friends!) who braved the heat and came out to spend the evening with us at our new dog park! We loved seeing everyone together!
