Last night we had our annual picnic and installation of officers. Thank you to the Kiwanis's house committee for the organizing the event and Lynn and Curt Braden for letting us use your house for the event. Also Thank you to Curt and Chloe Braden for frying the fish and fries. Also any members of club and their spouses that provided side dishes and desserts. The food was excellent.

We want to Thank John Perryman for serving as last year President. Thank you for your hard work.

The Kiwanis Club would like to welcome our new officers for this year. Pictured below left to right back to front. The dust has settled on the courthouse lawn and we’re happy to say the 2025 Fall Festival was a success! This annual event would not be possible without the financial support of our sponsors. The festival has grown into what it is today with their help – and for that we are thankful. In return, we ask that you support these businesses in any way you can. Most of them are small local businesses that support this community year-round through little league sponsorships, college scholarships, community events, and countless other efforts that benefit McLeansboro and Hamilton County.

In addition to the financial support of our sponsors, we’d like to thank the City of McLeansboro for their contributions. From the street and electric departments to the police department, they are always willing to lend a helping hand. This year was no exception!

Thank you to the county board, Sheriff’s department, courthouse employees and businesses surrounding the square. We realize the festival brings disruptions to your normal operations, yet we never hear you complain.

Finally, THANK YOU to the community. We are always amazed at the crowds the fall festival brings to town. It goes without notice that our vendors, carnival and entertainment succeed because of your support.

We hope everyone enjoyed the 2025 McLeansboro Fall Festival and we can’t wait to see you next year!

💵 Tyler Nuss presented the matching ticket.

Congratulations Tyler on your winnings of $3,075!!

This was a new fundraiser for our club and we were blown away by the support. Our portion of the funds will go toward the new play structures we’re installing at Edgar Satterfield Kiwanis Park!

What an amazing evening celebrating all of our sweet contestants! Thank you to everyone who came out to support the girls and share in this special tradition.
