Unfortunately, due to the weather, we are needing to postpone the Track Clinic until tomorrow, Sunday, April 19, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Check-in will begin at 2:00 PM at the same location.

We understand this is last minute, and you may not be able to make this one. To stay updated on future practices and events, please complete the pre-registration under the Track & Field tab on our website at famlifeflexathletics.com.

🏆THE JOURNEY TO NATIONALS STARTS NOW.

Our girls have earned the opportunity to compete on the national stage in Indianapolis, and now we need our village behind them.

We are raising $7,500 to help cover:
✈️ Flights
🏨 Lodging
🚐 Passenger van
🍽️ Food
🎯 Extra travel expenses

This trip is bigger than football. It’s about giving these young women the chance to showcase their hard work, represent Texas, and create memories that will last forever.

📺 Our games bring great PR and national exposure, with opportunities to be played on national TV.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every donation is tax-deductible and directly supports these athletes on their journey.

🤝 We are actively looking for sponsors who want to represent with us on this journey and continue building with us moving forward. This is a powerful opportunity for businesses and community partners to align with a nationally recognized girls flag football program and gain meaningful exposure!

Yesterday I had to share some tough news with my girls.

Our QB1 is heading to Florida in August, where she’ll continue building her name in a new state and chasing everything she’s worked for. While it’s hard to imagine the Pink & Teal HS squad without her under center, I couldn’t be more proud of the young woman she has become over the last 4 years.

I’ve watched her grow into so much more than an elite quarterback — she has become a leader, captain, friend, and a remarkable young woman who has left her mark on this program forever. Her impact on this sisterhood goes far beyond football, and we’re excited to watch her continue to shine in this next chapter. 💗🩵

Now with that being said… the Pink & Teal HS team is looking for a SEASONED QB 👀🏈

We’re looking for an athlete who is already fundamentally sound in QB mechanics, ready to step in, compete, and learn the Pink & Teal way.
