Kindness to yourself sometimes looks like this.

Some days, “I’m trying” is the highest bar we can reach, and that has to be enough. Leaning on the simple things today, a little Dutch Bros, a good reminder on the wheel, and taking it one step at a time.

We're showing up BIG for our community on September 26th — and we need YOU with us. 💛

Postured In Kindness is partnering with God's Pantry for a Community Day in Plano that's going to serve people two ways at once:

🏠 INSIDE — we'll be working alongside God's Pantry, serving their regular food pantry clients and food pantry neighbors with dignity and care.

🌳 OUTSIDE — we're feeding our unhoused neighbors and the broader community. Food, drinks, clothing — no questions asked. Everyone is welcome.

So Nextdoor suspended my account 🤣

Apparently posting about food pantries, community volunteering, and spreading kindness is considered "spam." 🙃

Let us be clear , Postured In Kindness is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We are not selling anything. We are not advertising anything. We are out here feeding people and loving on our neighbors and somehow THAT got flagged. 😂😤

Whoever reported us, we forgive you. And we'll probably bring you a kindness kit too. 🧡

We'll be back on Nextdoor Friday. Posting about the food pantry. Again. Unbothered. 😄

🚨 URGENT — Help Keep Ms. Deb Safe — McKinney Neighbors

Postured In Kindness has officially arrived — our community is calling us. But we have zero funds right now and Ms. D needs us TODAY.

Ms. D is a homeless neighbor currently at Motel 6, 2125 in McKinney TX 75069. Checkout is at 11AM this morning.

We already showed up with a backpack and supplies. 💛 Now I’m asking our community to help extend her stay for 4 nights so she has a safe place to rest while we connect her to resources.

The goal: $256 ($64/night x 4 nights)
